shrimp lo mein

prepare 12 oz spaghetti according to instructions.

add 1 cup frozen peas and 1 cup frozen broccoli during last 3 minutes of booking.

In a bowl, whisk 1/4 cup apricot jam, 1/4 water, 2 T. soy sauce, and 1 T. grated giner.

In a skillet, heat 1 chopped onion, until tender. add 2 sliced cloves garlic and 1.5 lbs large shrimp. stir constantly till heated. toss with jam mixture then add to pasta.
