Fish with ginger cucumber salad

In a large bowl, whisk together:
1 T. Rice vinegar
1 T. grated ginger
2 T olive oil
salt and pepper
.

Then add
1 bunch radishes, sliced
1 cumcumber, sliced
4 oz snowpeas, sliced lengthwise
1/2 small onion

heat
1 t.oil
season fish with salt and pepper (4 6 oz fillets of cod, tilapia or bass)
cook till golden grown

Fold 1/4 fresh mint into salad.

serve salad with fish
