Just wanted to warn you that I'll be away from my blog for a few days. I'm attending a week long seminar on the role of journalism in promoting a free society. I'll be changing my scene from Ghetto park to Ghettodelphia - Bryn Mawr College to be exact (which I'm told is actually quite lovely.)
I have decided to (gulp) leave my computer behind. Not because I want to free myself from my email addiction and focus on academic debate, but because my bag is already too full.
This seminar is being put on by the organization my dad works for. He invited me to attend so I can be his "mole" in the dorms and tell him who is smoking pot. (JK!) It actually sounds like a really interesting event. I think I'll learn a lot and meet some cool people. So bear with me and, hopefully, I'll come back with some good posts in short order.
