So tonight my church finally had our bowling night. the one that was postponed due to snow.It was everything I feared it would be and worse. I threw my bowling ball across 2 lanes (accidentally, of course, not as an attack on other players). At the end of the first game, the only person with a score lower than mine was a nine year old girl.
When it came time for the second game, I begged off citing a sore arm (to be honest, the pain inside was the real problem). I got someone else to be my proxy and bowl for me. Guess what? I doubled my score. yay! I'll never bowl for myself again.
I got a ride home from a bunch of teenage guys who managed to get totally lost. I think we may have been in Connecticut at a certain point. oh well. We had a lot of fun. We were hooking up everyone's respective ipods to the car radio and listening to music.
All in all quite a day. And there's quite a weekend to follow. Will keep you posted...
