Hello everyone,
It's good to be home. I think my favorite part of being back in the U.S. is that you get free plastic bags in the grocery store. In the Netherlands you have to pay for them. As a freedom loving American, I absolutely refuse to pay for something that I am entitled to get for free.
People in Holland usually take bags from home with them to the store, but of course I could never remember to do that.
This led to absurd situations of me jamming huge heads of lettuce into tiny purses etc.
Oh the joy of being back in the USA where you even get a free plastic bag for your roll of lifesavers. I love my country!
